Visiting grandchildren in Texas: cancelled.
Taking a walk: great weather. Keep your distance when talking to neighbors.
Cooking: for two, some leftovers. No more family dinner on Sunday.
Going to hardware store: Put on gloves, face mask, go early. Keep your distance. No lingering.
Bringing stuff home from any store: Stage it on a table in the garage. Bring in one thing at a time, wipe down, discard bag. Repeat.
